Our goal is to provide a high quality product that makes your life easier by providing a perfected and comfortable solution for bottle feeding your infant. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact customer service at 1-(800)-806-7617 (Local: 1-(407)-574-5722 ) within 15 days of delivery. We will make every effort to replace your damaged or defective item with a replacement product as soon as possible or repair your damaged item. If the fabric cover or fabric seat inserts/headrests are damaged, then Solo Diner reserves the right to replace the fabric portion of the product instead of replacing the foam base.
Each Solo Diner is a brand new, single owner baby product. We are therefore unable to accept product returns except to exchange damaged goods.
Damaged items returned for an exchange must be unused and sent back to Solo Diner in its original packaging. Please insure your return package and obtain a tracking number for your records. We will not be held responsible for lost return shipments.
In certain situations, some customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
